Gordon D. Fronk
Biography
Gordon D. Fronk is a founding principal in the firm of Hollis, Cronan & Fronk, P.A. Mr. Fronk graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Dickinson College in 1963 and with an LLB from University of Maryland, School of Law in 1966. Following a two-year tour as an Army Infantry Captain, he began the general practice of law in Baltimore, Maryland in 1969. After developing and managing a ten-lawyer firm in 1988, Mr. Fronk became a sole practitioner, specializing in asset acquisition, development and retention, which describes a practice devoted to small businesses and financial and estate planning. With over 43 years of experience, Mr. Fronk has excelled in assisting in the creation and development of new businesses and acquisition of mature businesses, giving advice in organization, capitalization, structuring, taxation, personnel relationships, contracts, land acquisition, development and management, leases and the myriad of matters which arise in the course of the life of his clients and their businesses.
