Biography

Gordon D. Fronk is a founding principal in the firm of Hollis, Cronan & Fronk P.A. Mr. Fronk graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Dickinson College in 1963 and with an LLB from University of Maryland, School of Law, in 1966. Following a two-year tour as an Army Infantry Captain, he began the general practice of law in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1969. After developing and managing a ten-lawyer firm, in 1988, Mr. Fronk became a sole practitioner, specializing in asset acquisition, development and retention, which describes a practice devoted to small businesses and financial and estate planning. Mr. Fronk excels in assisting clients in the creation and development of new businesses and acquisition of mature businesses, giving advice in organization, capitalization, structuring, taxation, personnel relationships, contracts, land acquisition, development and management, leases, and the myriad matters which arise in the course of the life of his clients and their businesses.
