Biography

William C. Hollis III is a founding partner in the firm Hollis, Cronan & Fronk, P.A. He provides legal counseling and services to individuals, families and business entities. Mr. Hollis has focused his law practice in family, criminal defense, traffic, domestic violence, civil litigation/personal injury, business, corporate and employment law. He has extensive experience as a litigator trying jury and bench trials in the circuit courts and district courts, and as a court-appointed attorney for children in divorce and custody disputes. Mr. Hollis is a court-approved mediator and resolves conflicts involving divorce, child custody, alimony, marital property disposition, business and commercial disputes, and civil disputes.

Mr. Hollis is a former United States Marine and disabled veteran. Following college graduation, he earned a masters degree in business administration with a concentration in hospital and health care management. For 18 years he was employed as a health care executive in hospitals and nursing facilities. Mr. Hollis has held management positions at every level of hospital organizations including chief executive officer. He rose to Fellowship status in the American College of Healthcare Executives in the shortest time allowed by that organization's bylaws. He has been licensed as a nursing facility administrator in New York, Maryland, Delaware, and the District of Columbia.

William C. Hollis III was raised on Long Island, New York and relocated to Maryland in 1992. He has resided on the Eastern Shore since 1993.
