William C. Hollis III

Biography

William C. Hollis III is a founding principal in the firm of Hollis, Cronan & Fronk, P.A. He provides legal counseling and services to individuals, families and business entities. Mr. Hollis has focused his law practice in family law, criminal defense, domestic violence, civil litigation/personal injury, bankruptcy, business, corporate and employment law. He has extensive experience as a court-appointed attorney for children caught up in divorce and custody disputes.  Mr. Hollis is a trained, court-approved mediator and can help resolve conflicts involving divorce, custody, marital property disposition, business and commercial disputes, and civil disputes.

Mr. Hollis also brings his extensive business-management experience to bear for the benefit of business clients. He provides legal counseling for business organizations, commercial and contract disputes, and employment concerns.  He was employed as a top-level healthcare executive in hospitals and nursing facilities for 18 years.  A former hospital chief executive officer, he rose to Fellowship status in the American College of Healthcare Executives in the shortest time allowed by that organization’s bylaws. He has been licensed as a nursing-facility administrator in New York, Maryland, Delaware and the District of Columbia.  When difficulties arise concerning healthcare delivery, such as quality of care and/or medical decision-making, William C. Hollis’s experience working in the healthcare industry can provide a valuable perspective to legal counseling.

William C. Hollis III is a former United States Marine and disabled veteran. He was raised on Long Island, New York, and relocated to Maryland in 1992.  He has resided on the Eastern Shore since 1993.
