Biography

Philip Cronan is a founding principal in the firm of Hollis, Cronan & Fronk, P.A. He provides legal counseling and services to individuals, families and business entities. Mr. Cronan has focused his law practice in family law, including divorce, custody and child support, criminal defense in both circuit and district courts, minor and serious traffic cases, including DUI/DWI, Administrative Hearings at the MVA and at the Department of Social Services, juvenile cases and general civil litigation.

Prior to beginning a solo practice in 2004, Mr. Cronan was an Assistant State's Attorney for Caroline County, where he handled matters ranging from serious traffic cases, including DUI/DWI, to felony and violent drug crimes. Mr. Cronan has extensive litigation experience trying numerous cases in the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland and has argued and briefed cases before the Court of Special Appeals.

Philip Cronan was born in Astoria, New York and relocated to Maryland in 1984. He has resided on the Eastern Shore since 1997.
